Ingredienti:
15/20 fichi
170 gr di burro
170 gr di farina
170 gr di zucchero
Procedimento:
Sbucciare i fichi e tagliarli a metà e disporli sopra una teglia imburrata.
Preparare il crumble:
in una ciotola versare la farina, lo zucchero, ed il burro a pezzetti.
Amalgamare il tutto con le mani, fino ad ottenere un impasto più o meno omogeneo, quanto basta per sbriciolarlo facilmente sopra i fichi.
Infornare, con forno preriscaldato, a 180° per circa 20 minuti, almeno fin quando il sopra non si sarà colorato.
Servire caldo, magari con una pallina di gelato alla vaniglia, oppure di pinolata.
